Reservations
To ensure availability, please book your private Iceland tour at least 24 hours in advance via www.northernadventurer.is.
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour departure time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour will be charged the full price, as we reserve time and resources specifically for your group.
If Northern Adventurer cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund.
What to Wear on Tour
Iceland’s weather is famously unpredictable — sometimes all four seasons in a day! Please wear sturdy shoes, warm layers, and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing to make the most of your experience.
For fly-fishing tours, we’ll inform you in advance if special gear is required or provided.
Pick-up Locations
We offer convenient pick-ups from Keflavík International Airport, Reykjavik hotels, and nearby accommodations.
Pick-ups begin 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Please be ready outside your pickup location.
Drop-off & Return Times
Return times are estimated and based on normal road and weather conditions. In Iceland, weather can shift quickly — delays may occur for your safety and comfort.
All Northern Adventurer tours are conducted in English, with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. For special language requests, please contact us in advance.

We offer competitive, fixed pricing per vehicle, not per person, for private guided tours in Iceland.
